"In order to hear what's coming from source, stop the chatter that comes from everywhere else." Tanja Pazou
Tanja Pazou has studied Yoga for 20 years. She has enjoyed travels to India and Nepal. In her journey she learned from many different masters. "Yoga is a wonderful practice in learning about oneself. The mastery of oneself is our goal." Through the practice of Yoga we learn about conditioning the physical body. The physical form is the focal point in the beginning, the breath is the pathway to the un-manifested energy that is all around us. Yoga teaches us to tap into this energy, and to use it, to heal our body and mind. Yoga is a tool to discover oneself, and through daily practice we create physical health, understanding, more knowledge, and alignment within and without.
Tanja Pazou has studied Yoga for 20 years and teaching it for 12. She is a devoted student of Yoga and loves to share her knowledge. In her studies she spent time in Delhi India, and she traveled to Kathmandu in Nepal to familiarize herself with the eastern philosophies.
"Yoga is the study of the self, the transformation of the physical and understanding the ethereal which we all come from."
"You can't change what already has been created - to change anything, you have to change the way you think about things."

YOGA is the equanimity of mind which results in efficiency in action.
Align yourself with who you truly are!
Connect to your inner world and expand into the outer, and your life will be truly abundant and joyful!
Connect to your inner world and expand into the outer, and your life will be truly abundant and joyful!
When your vibration shifts, your point of attraction shifts, and by the powerful law of attraction your manifestational evidence or indicator must shift also.
When the mind let's go of it's rational order, let's the old form die, and enters into unstructured chaos, the whole person emerges with a form, embodied as a creative expression, an intuition, or as healing.
The genetic material of the Human Body is a highly sophisticated transmitter and receiver of frequencies. Experiments have shown that when you place a piece of DNA, the body's genetic blueprint, in a tube of electrons, the electrons form themselves together in the pattern of the DNA. When you remove the DNA, the electrons still hold the same pattern. In other words, the DNA is constantly affecting the energy around us! Our state of being affects the world second by second! When you change your attitudes and state of being you change the whole because you are a part of the whole, indeed you are the whole! Still feeling ordinary and powerless?
We have within us a series of micro antenna called amino acids which interact with the DNA and, there are 64 potential human genetic codes or antenna to transmit and receive frequencies.
In short, a potential 64 antenna to connect us with higher frequencies and higher dimensions of ourselves.
But, only 20 are activated while 44 remain "Switched off." This means that our ability to connect with our full power, wisdom and potential is a consequence of this also. Research has further shown that these 'antenna' on the DNA are activated or closed down by the wavelengths of emotion which constantly pass through the DNA. The emotion of fear (from which all negative emotion derives) is a long, slow wavelength and so can only trigger a few of our potential antennas.
But love (from which all positive emotion derives) is a fast, short wavelength and so sparks into action far more of these antennas. Thus when we are under the spell of fear we delink ourselves from our true connection to infinity and live our lives within a small droplet of consciousness, the egg shell. When we express the emotion of love we reconnect with our multidimensional self and our potential becomes infinite because we become infinite. Another way of putting it...our consciousness is a series of interconnecting energy fields. We have our intellect, emotions, spirit and so on, all resonating to different frequencies, but interpenetrating each other through a series of vortices known as chakras, a Sanskrit word meaning "wheels of light." It is through these chakra vortices that emotional imbalances are passed to the mental level and, if it continues, to the physical level. This is how stress causes illness and why we stop thinking straight when we are emotionally upset.

Practice daily, contemplate, meditate, pause - and then expand into a new perspective of the individual self.
Deliberate creating, requires deliberate thought, and deliberate thought requires a sensitivity to the way you feel, and a sensitivity to the way you feel, requires understanding what your emotions mean.
"The Chakra's are these doorways of energy into the body. You are an energy being and a physical being."
A Chakra is an energy point within and sometimes outside the body that has a specific quality. When a person is focused in one particular Chakra their whole world is colored by the energy of that Chakra - it is like a lens through which everything in existence is interpreted.
The Chakra Scale relates to the Musical Scale - take the eight chakra and compare it to an octave on a piano between 3rd/4th note, there is a half step and 7th and 8th just as in the chakra system. Energy moves through music and through this shape.
Matter is merely Energy condensed to a slow vibration!
"If you can imagine yourself effortlessly moving in and out among prismatic rays of light and hearing each person's musical notes join and harmonize with your own when you touch or pass them, you would have some idea of the unseen world."
Mer-ka-Ba:
Mer-ka-Ba is a counter rotating field of light that will interact and translate the spirit and the body from one world to another. It is the creation pattern itself through which all that exists has originated.
Bio-Regenesis:
Earth is our morphogenic field- if the Earth Grid is hurt-we are hurt. Our energetic Anatomy is exactly the same as the Earth's with Chakra, Meridians and axiatonal lines and DNA. The human Brain has the ability to connect to, interpret and read frequency or energy signature.

What is Meditation?
Release Resistance
When you sleep you have NO conscious relationship with that improved energy. Consciously quieting the point of mind. Meditation is to allow your vibration to raise to the equivalency of your inner being.

Meditation:
In electrical theory the less resistance in wire, the more easily it can carry energy. When you cultivate equanimity through meditation it creates a state of non-resistance in your body. Prana, or chi, or inner energy, is simply your inner aliveness what you feel when you bring your consciousness within the body. The wires within the body, that carry Prana, the Nadis become able to move more and more pranic energy through the Chakras. Your wiring becomes stronger as you use it, as you allow energy to flow. Wherever consciousness is placed, chi or energy will begin to flow and physical connections blossom.
Within the brain and nervous system physical wiring patterns become established by repetition, by continually placing your attention within, and lowering resistance to the sensations you are experiencing. You increase your energetic capacity.

The path of divine awakening is the spine energy enters the body through the medulla oblongata at the base of the brain. From this point the sperm enters the ovum, after uniting, begin the process of creating the embryo.
Energy , which then solidifies as matter, passes through the nerves (after creating them), into the brain, down the spine, and out to form the body.
When the consciousness withdraws from the body at death, the energy withdraws first from the extremities, to the spine, then up the spine, and at last emerges through the medulla oblongata again, leaving the body.
In ecstatic meditation the Yogi withdraws his energy and consciousness by the same route. Deep meditation is a process of "dying" consciously - with the possibility however, of returning to the body after meditation and resuming its normal activities.
As the Yogi withdraws his energy and consciousness from the senses into the spine,
he seeks to raise them up the spine to the brain. A curious difference occurs in the brain between the super conscious yogi, or saint, and the unenlightened worldly person. The medulla oblongata has two poles, a negative and a positive. The negative pole (the agya chakra) is in the medulla itself. The positive pole-reflecting the medulla-is the kutastha, the spiritual eye between the eyebrows (pineal gland).
The unenlightened man sinks back, at death, into the negative sleep state. He must swim the waters of lethe, as the ancient Greeks called it: the waters of forgetfulness. After a time he may, if he is not wholly materialistic, wake in the astral world and for a time enjoys his beauties to varying degrees, before material desire draws him back to earth again, to reincarnate in a physical body.
The Yogi who can fix his concentration on the spiritual eye leaves his body consciously, whether in a deep ecstasy or in death. Is the spiritual eye, one may ask, merely symbolic? No, it is actually beheld, and is, in fact, a reflection of the light in the medulla, through which the energy moves down the spine in three nadis (meridians), a subtle channels of life force, called the sushumna, the vaijra, the chitra.
The brahmanadi is the "spine" of the causal body, so called because it is the primal channel through which Brahman-the divine consciousness-descended into the body. The spiritual eye, when seen clearly, is universally the same: a field of dark blue light surrounded by a golden halo, in the center of which is a five-pointed star. The golden aureole represents the astral world; the blue field inside it, the causal world and also the omnipresent Christ consciousness; the star in the center, the Spirit beyond creation.

PRANA NADIS:
Prana Nadis are energy lines/meridians that channel the energy flow throughout your body and connect all parts of the organs and cells with the life energy that surrounds it. This will maintain the energy balance and keep the physical body in contact with the energy body, which will provide a healthy body & mind. There are over 72,000 energy lines running throughout your body. The consequence of these blockages will lead to emotional distress, physical tension, even sickness, pain and unhappiness upon a person.

The Earth's Energy Grid is the
vortex of the Earth
You are directly related to these vortexes. You are a miniature version. Study your chakras and your meridians and you find out how your energy flows and how Mother Earth is your power force.
The male component of the Energy Grid is in Egypt.
South America, especially Peru, Central America and also parts of Mexico became the female component of the Grid.
The Center of the female grid is Uxmal, in the Yucatan. Starting at Uxmal seven temples are laid out in a spiral, probably Fibonacci (study here the Fibonacci sequence, very important to understand; because it influences also nature and music), then go to Labna, then to Kabah, then over to Chichen Itza, then over to Tulum near the ocean, then way down near Belize to Kohunlich, curving back inland to Palenque. From Palenque the feminine aspect of the grid splits north and south, it jumps over to Tikal in Guatemala and that begins a new octave. It moves through Machu Picchu and Sacsayhuaman near Cuzco in Peru. One of the main spiral ends in a place called Chavin in Peru which was the primary religious empire of the Incan empire.
From there it goes to Lake Titicaca to a place about half a mile off the island of the sun in Bolivia. Then it makes a 90 degree turn and heads out toward Easter Island and finally to Moorea, where it anchors into the Earth.
Heading north from Palenque is the male component of the female aspect of the grid. It goes through the Aztec ruins and up through the American Indian pyramids. Then the spiral continues to Blue Lake near Taos, New Mexico which is the counterpart to Lake Titicaca.
From there the spiral heads out across the mountains, through Ute Mountain. The spiral runs through the coast of California. It passes through Lake Tahoe, Donner Lake and Pyramid Lake. From there it goes through underwater mountain complexes until it reaches Hawaiian Islands, where Haleakala Crater is one of the primary components, then heads south again. It goes through the Hawaiian Island chain that connects for thousands of miles all the way to Moorea.
