Remember you can choose any thought you want?
What does this mean?
Pick 2 hours each day, where you focus on 10 seconds of each minute of those 2 hours on a thought that will uplift you, excite you; I love swimming with dolphins, so this is one of my uplifting thoughts....but you can pick anything you like....and then notice the change in your vibrational field, you feel much happier, much lighter. But you have to be really dedicated and disciplined, it will take a while, until you can master this, each day you get better with this exercise.
I notice, when I hang out with friends and I am around lots of people, that most people get their cues from television, political or social dramas, and they take that particular thought and ride it like a Ferrari, until they are emotionally depressed and exhausted. If you really want to change the world YOU are living in, stop this process. Sit down, relax, and visualize what kind of world YOU like to live in, and share only things that excite you, and uplift you, and see what happens in the upcoming days. Since I am doing my practice, I feel much better and my world is shifting from my dreams, into manifestations.
