When you get a chance during the day, just roll out your yoga mat, practice a yoga pose of your choosing, and expand your mind and your body for a moment. It would be a great idea if in our daily work schedule, employers would allow 3 yoga breaks a day, just for 10-minutes each, to re-group, rejuvenate and breathe. I am sure it would be very beneficial for everyone!
Remember you can choose any thought you want?
What does this mean?
Pick 2 hours each day, where you focus on 10 seconds of each minute of those 2 hours on a thought that will uplift you, excite you; I love swimming with dolphins, so this is one of my uplifting thoughts....but you can pick anything you like....and then notice the change in your vibrational field, you feel much happier, much lighter. But you have to be really dedicated and disciplined, it will take a while, until you can master this, each day you get better with this exercise.
I notice, when I hang out with friends and I am around lots of people, that most people get their cues from television, political or social dramas, and they take that particular thought and ride it like a Ferrari, until they are emotionally depressed and exhausted. If you really want to change the world YOU are living in, stop this process. Sit down, relax, and visualize what kind of world YOU like to live in, and share only things that excite you, and uplift you, and see what happens in the upcoming days. Since I am doing my practice, I feel much better and my world is shifting from my dreams, into manifestations.
The other day I came home and I saw this goose laying next to the road. I was saddened; because someone didn't pay attention, or worse, didn't care. When I see Wildlife next to the road, I always ask myself:"What was it? Is it the fact, that people have to wait a minute or two, or that they texted while they were driving, or do they deliberately hurt an animal? I can't imagine people don't care, maybe some, but the majority of people do care, that's my experience. I wish we would develop a system where animals can cross the street without an issue; maybe a sensor device that will alert all drivers to slow down; and besides that, I think there should be a major ticket that is issued if you hit an animal, just the same as if you hurt a person, to me there is no distinction.
"Every day I go out into this beautiful Life that we live and I share it with everyone I meet."
