I designed "BIO FLOW" for women that are interested in a new approach to a functional workout routine. A workout that is as individual as you are.
A workout routine that will increase your cardio, but also emphasizes on flexibility and strength training.
Many women start with a goal that pretty much sounds like this: "Get me in shape as quickly as possible and make me lose 10 pounds." That's always possible, but unless a Lifestyle change happens, those 10 pounds come easily back.
My approach to a great workout routine has to be fun, it has to be exciting and always new, otherwise I lose interest. Don't you?
I combined my lifelong experience and education as a dance professional and as a yoga practitioner and teacher and I applied it to a fun workout routine, something that can be translated by a beginner as well as a professional.
When I am working with a new client, I want my workout routines to be effective, but also life changing. A change that can be seen physically, but more so experienced internally.
